2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

KIKR develops functional energy mints formulated with carefully selected ingredients, including caffeine, L-Theanine, Taurine, and essential vitamins.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, nutritional information, ingredient lists, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, packaging designs, product images, or certain product details may occasionally vary due to improvements or regulatory updates without affecting the quality or composition of the product.

All product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to introduce, discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Violation of these Terms
Inability to verify payment or customer information

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not signify acceptance. Your order is confirmed only after it has been processed for dispatch.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotional offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. KIKR does not store your complete debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials.

In the event of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599. Applicable shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. KIKR shall not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At KIKR Energy, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Every order is carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched before it leaves our facility.

As our products are consumable in nature, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.

1. Eligible Returns & Replacements

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only under the following circumstances:

You received a damaged or tampered package.
You received an incorrect product.
One or more products are missing from your order.
The product received is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.

To initiate a request, please email hello@kikrenergy.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order ID
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs or a short video of the product and outer packaging

Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

2. Return Process

If your request is approved, the return process will depend on your order value.

Orders below ₹999

Customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the return address shared by our Customer Support team using a reliable courier service.

Orders of ₹999 and above

KIKR will arrange a reverse pickup wherever the service is available.

If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, our team will guide you through an alternative return process.

To avoid transit damage, products should be securely packed in their original packaging wherever possible.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following situations:

Products that have been opened or partially consumed.
Products intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
Orders placed by mistake or no longer required.
Dissatisfaction due to flavour or personal taste preference.
Individual experiences differing from expected results.
Products stored improperly after delivery.

As individual responses to ingredients such as caffeine, L-Theanine, Taurine, and vitamins may vary, differences in personal experience do not constitute a product defect.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product (where applicable) has been received and verified by our Quality Team, the refund request will be processed.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of approval.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Refunds will not be approved if:

The returned product has been tampered with or intentionally damaged.
The claim is found to be false or unsupported.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer resulted in unsuccessful delivery.
The request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this Policy.

5. Replacements

Where a replacement request is approved, the replacement order will be dispatched within 48 business hours, subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, KIKR may, at its discretion, offer:

A similar product of equal value, or
A full refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

8. Responsible Use

KIKR products should always be consumed in accordance with the usage instructions provided on the product packaging.

Our Energy Mints are recommended only for adults aged 18 years and above.

Do not consume more than 2 mints per day.

Our products are intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for varied nutrition.

Individual experiences may vary depending on factors such as lifestyle, dietary habits, caffeine sensitivity, and personal health conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, packaging designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, product descriptions, website design, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Arkkaya Emerge Pvt. Ltd.

No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
